generally satisfactory stay
comfortable bed pleasant staff small room ineffective air conditioning
the bed and pillows provided ample comfort. the staff displayed pleasant attitudes and offered assistance when i had inquiries.
the room felt quite small. the air conditioning was not fully effective, it did not cool the room adequately.

welcome cookie excellent location amazing selection
I found the welcome cookie really delicious. The location is excellent. I appreciated the clean rooms. Breakfast had an amazing selection!
I noticed that some chairs had water stains. This. Some refurbishment could elevate the experience.

The hotel is next door to the central station. This made it easy to access the airport by train. It's super convenient for exploring the city on foot I walked everywhere.

great experience near central station
emergency cords helpful concierge convenient location
The mobility room had emergency cords that worked properly. concierges were helpful offering information. the location is very convenient. It is near tram stops. i found the bed especially cozy.
The shower provided only lukewarm water. This was unpleasant.

the breakfast offered a fairly extensive selection of items. more fresh fruit would be welcome. the hotel bar had high prices, but service was friendly and efficient.

staff were cute during check-in, completing the process thoroughly. a late check-out was granted until 2pm with no problems. room service responded quickly and fulfilled our requests.

comfortable bed rented parking helpful staff
I just loved my room. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. I rented parking below the hotel, very useful. Staff are really pleasant and very helpful.
The room, i must confess, was slightly spartan. Dinner wasn't my best experience.

clean room great panorama
I stayed in a beautiful king room city view canal view. The room was very clean. the skybar offered a great panorama of the city. I liked the tenth-floor terrace as well.
the tv had few english channels!

cramped room unfriendly staff
The twin room felt cramped. the shower water turned cold quickly. It only lasted a few minutes! usb outlets were missing for charging. the check-in staff seemed unfriendly and not helpful, but another staff member eventually assisted me. The staff was friendly! but the wi-fi was slow.
